About the event
Join me for a deeply personal program that traces the memory-scape of my years by Lake Michigan.
This recital marks my final performance as a doctoral student. I look forward to sharing some of the musical works that have shaped these years most intimately. In the first half, each musical work is paired with a poem from my manuscript A Tree upon the Sea: Poems in Musical Refraction. The second half interlaces selected prose passages from Remnants and Dandelions.
