2026 Paris Chopin Piano Festival

We are delighted to announce the 2026 Paris Chopin Piano Festival, taking place August 2–10, 2026, at the École Normale de Musique de Paris "Alfred Cortot".

Led by Artistic Director Dang Thai Son, and joined by an outstanding international faculty from the United States, Poland, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and China, the festival offers a rich experience of individual lessons, lectures and masterclasses, performance opportunities at Salle Cortot, and Parisian cultural exploration.

The 2026 Paris Chopin Piano Festival received a total of 𝟖𝟕 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Following a professional selection process, 28 young pianists have been admitted to the festival. Participants will perform in separate concerts on the evenings of August 6 and August 7 at Paris’s historic Salle Cortot. During the concerts, the 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 will select six outstanding young pianists.
